Yes, deposits are 50% of the package you decide to book, which is due 24-hours of submitting your reservation.

Yes, we will refund 50% deposits fourteen days (14) prior to your event.  There is no deposit refund 1 week and under.

We accept credit card (Visa, Master, American Express, Discover),PayPal, personal/cashier checks, and cash payments.

The final balance is due 24-hours prior to your event date.

Rain/Inclement weather- We will offer an alternative date if there is no alternative indoor space.

Yes, we can accommodate short term rentals based on availability of inventory

We are based in Montclair, NJ and deliver free of charge within a 20 miles radius from our 07042-zip code. For deliveries 21-30 miles an additional $50 and $75 is added for up to 40 miles. This charge covers drop off and pick up.

Yes, we offer white glove and socially distanced assembly and breakdown of our soft play equipment for you on the day of your event.  We can set up 2hrs before the start of your event, this can be discussed to suit your event needs.

Crawlers to 5 years old, however our custom ball pits can be used for older kids and adults.

Yes, adults may enter the play area, after removing shoe wear. They should only be in there to support and supervise the little ones.

Yes, 100%, each child needs adult supervision whilst on the Soft Play equipment. Whilst all items are sanitized and properly constructed, we insist on adult supervision to prevent any incidents.

Yes, we carry $1 million worth of General Liability Insurance cover. Our insurance covers our set up of the equipment and any accidents due to a fault with the soft play products. It does not cover accidents due to lack of supervision or misuse of the items.

All of our ball pit balls are sanitized pre and post event, removing dust, hair, dregs and other dirt attached to the surface of the ball. The balls are suctioned into the disinfection machine, the surface of the ball is completely adhered to the atomized water molecules again diluted by the non -toxic disinfectant, which eliminates the surface bacteria completely to ensure the balls are clean and hygienic.

For all other soft play equipment, we use non- toxic, kid friendly disinfectant which kills 99% of viruses and bacteria without harmful chemicals. This product is on the EPA approved list to kill Coronavirus.
